Job summary

Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the Social Services Department.
- Support the Director to meet residents' emotional and social needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director to ensure residents' medically related emotional and social needs are met.
- Plan, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the Social Services operation.
- Collaborate with leadership to promote resident well-being and compliance with standards.
