Windsor Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking a qualified Social Services Director to lead the Social Services department, ensuring person-centered care that respects residents' independence and dignity. You will plan, develop, and evaluate services in line with NASW ethics and applicable regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in social work or a human services field, state licensure, and at least one year of supervisory experience in geriatrics, plus two years in LTC/SNF/AL/MC

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in social work or a human services field is required.
• Minimum of one year supervisory social work experience in a healthcare setting with geriatric population.
• Minimum of two years of prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting.
• Certified, licensed, or registered in the state of practice.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, organize, evaluate, and direct the Social Services department.
• Ensure compliance with NASW Code of Ethics and regulations.
• Foster a climate that supports residents' independence, dignity and well-being.
• Identify psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs and facilitate access to services.
