Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Six years of professional level experience in a Tribal Social Services program incl. ICW, Adult Services, and Elders services.
• Two years of program management experience.
• Valid driver's license and insurability under Tribe's policy.
• Background checks and related disclosures required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management and supervision of the Social Services division.
• Set mission and vision to support Tribal priorities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain division policies and procedures.
• Monitor program deliverables and conduct audits with corrective actions.
• Lead budget development, funding sources, and grant applications.
• Represent the division to the community and liaise with Tribal Admin and partners.
