Job summary
Nisqually Red Wind Casino seeks an Elder Care/APS Manager to lead daily operations of Elder Care and Adult Protective Services within the Nisqually community. You will protect vulnerable elders and adults, build strategic partnerships, and guide wrap-around services to enhance health, independence and wellness.

Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree with management experience as described.
- Experience leading, managing and supervising staff.
- Experience with budgeting, policy implementation, and reporting.
- Working understanding of tribal elder abuse codes and related laws.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight of Elder Care/APS programs, including supervision and budgeting.
- Develop annual strategic plans and ensure compliance with tribal requirements.
- Create policies aligning with Nisqually mission and legal standards.
- Develop, submit, and manage grants and contracts for service delivery.
- Foster partnerships with Tribes, agencies, and service providers.
- Ensure HIPAA/42 CFR 2 data security and confidential record-keeping.
