Job summary

Arcadia Care is seeking a Social Services Director to oversee the Social Services department and ensure residents' social, emotional, and psychological needs are met in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The role involves directing the department, assessing residents' psychosocial needs, developing care plans, and maintaining strong collaboration with medical professionals and related organizations. A bachelor’s degree in social work and relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of job-related experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field preferred.
• Experience with social work, preferably working directly with patients and their family members at a nursing facility.
• Detail oriented, computer literate and possesses excellent communication skills.
