Landmark of Richton Park is seeking a Director of Social Service PRSD to lead a dedicated team and oversee the social services department ensuring exceptional patient care.

In this full-time role, you will develop policies, build partnerships with community organizations, and guide staff to address emotional, social, and psychological needs while coordinating with other departments for comprehensive care.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the social services team to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to meet the social service needs of patients and their families.
• Build and maintain relationships with community agencies and organizations to ensure access to resources and services.
• Provide support and guidance to patients and their families, addressing their emotional, social, and psychological needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
