Job summary

Hillsdale Health & Rehab Center is seeking a Social Services professional to lead the resident psychosocial program in a skilled nursing setting. You will plan, implement, and evaluate social services to support residents' well-being.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in social work (or related field) and at least one year of supervised healthcare social work experience, with knowledge of nursing facility regulations. On-site work with generous benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or in a human services field.
• Minimum 1 year supervised social work experience in healthcare.
• Knowledge of regulations governing activity services in nursing facilities.
