Job summary

Arcadia Care in Bradley, IL is seeking a Social Services Director to oversee the Social Services department and ensure residents’ social, emotional, and psychological needs are met in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

In this role you will assess, document, and intervene to meet psychosocial needs, develop care plans based on assessments, and maintain a collaborative, high‑quality relationship with the medical profession and other health facilities.

Qualifications

• Two years of job-related experience in social services, preferably in long-term care.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field required or preferred.
• Experience with social work, preferably working directly with patients and their families in a nursing facility.
• Detail oriented, computer literate and possesses excellent communication skills.
