Job summary

Arc at Bradley is seeking a dedicated Social Services Director to lead the Social Services Department and ensure residents' psychosocial and emotional needs are met in accordance with laws and regulations.

You will assess residents, document interventions, and develop care plans while coordinating with medical staff and external organizations to support comprehensive care. Strong communication and computer literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of job-related experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field preferred.
• Experience with social work in nursing facilities.
• Detail oriented, computer literate with excellent communication skills.

Job Summary:

The Social Services Director is responsible for the overall operation of the Social Services department to ensure all medically related emotional and social needs of patients are met in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
