Job summary

Centennial Post Acute in Anchorage, AK seeks a compassionate Social Services Director to lead our social services department and support residents' emotional and social well-being. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Prior experience as a Social Services Director or similar role in healthcare or post-acute setting.
• Licensed Social Worker in Alaska (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
• Demonstrated compassionate leadership and resident-centered care.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous documentation/compliance.

What You'll Do?
