Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Prior experience as a Social Services Director or similar role in healthcare or post-acute setting.
• Licensed Social Worker in Alaska (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
• Demonstrated compassionate leadership and resident-centered care.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous documentation/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized social service care plans for residents.
• Advocate for residents and address their needs and concerns.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and community resources.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain documentation.
