Greentree Ridge Health & Rehab Center in Asheville, NC is seeking a dedicated social services professional to support residents and coordinate care across the community.

The role provides full-time, first-shift responsibilities, assisting the Director to plan, organize, implement and evaluate the Social Services Department while ensuring compliance with federal, state and local standards and the facility's policies.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Director to ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis. You will assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the community’s Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
