Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated professional to assist in leading the Social Services Department within a skilled nursing facility. You will help plan, organize, implement and evaluate services to support residents’ emotional and social needs, following federal, state, and local guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, offers full-time hours Monday–Friday 8:00a–5:00p, and a benefits-rich package designed to support well-being and work-life balance.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Director to ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis. You will assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the community's Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
