Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Danville, VA is seeking a dedicated Social Services professional to support the Director in meeting the medical, emotional, and social needs of residents across our skilled nursing facility. You will help plan, organize, and oversee the Social Services Department in line with federal, state, and local guidelines and our policies.

Requires a high school diploma; full-time shifts Monday through Friday, days, with pay ranging from $21.00 to $24.50 per hour.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Director to ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis. You will assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the community’s Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Shift & Wage:
