• At least two years of experience with program populations and supportive housing.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate on-site case management and coordinate social services for residents.
• Develop partnerships, coordinate programs and events focused on health, literacy, job readiness, and community engagement.
• Lead education and after-school activities; support resident education and economic stability initiatives.
• Track program data, publish monthly newsletters, and assist with budgeting and reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service to partner property management and residents.
• Occasionally work evenings/weekends to accommodate events.
