Center For Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager to provide on-site case management and social service coordination for residents of our housing community in Camden, NJ.

The role includes linking residents to resources, advocacy, and coordinating programs that promote health, literacy, job readiness, and social engagement. The position supports families and adults, requiring flexibility for evening/weekend events and a commitment to high-quality customer service.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, or related field preferred.
• At least two years of experience working with program population and supportive housing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site case management and coordinate services for residents.
• Link residents to community resources and advocate for their needs.
• Coordinate programs and events focused on health, literacy, job readiness, stability, and engagement.
• Engage community partnerships and volunteers to support programming.
• Maintain data systems to track case management progress and attendance.
• Manage site budget following financial procedures.
