Qualifications

• Associates Degree and experience recruiting and training volunteers.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or extensive related experience.
• First Aid and CPR certifications as required by funder.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance when driving is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PN FSC community events and create a monthly calendar.
• Supervise and manage volunteers to ensure quality services.
• Market Family Success Program and volunteer opportunities.
• Develop public relations materials with stakeholders and PR dept.
• Interview volunteers and maintain their files.
• Collect survey data and prepare reports for funding resources.
• Represent the agency in community groups and provide public speaking.
