Job summary

Victorian Post Acute in San Francisco, CA seeks a compassionate Social Services Assistant to support residents’ social, emotional, and psychosocial needs. The role focuses on building relationships with residents and families, assisting with admissions, and coordinating care plans.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
