Job summary

Mountain View Post Acute in Colorado Springs is seeking a Social Services Assistant to support the Social Services Director in planning and directing our social service programs.

This full-time position offers Tuesday through Saturday shifts, competitive pay, robust benefits, and a team that values integrity and collaboration.

The right candidate will have healthcare exposure; post-acute or skilled nursing facility experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Prior health-care experience preferred.
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the facility's social service programs under the Social Services Director.
