Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. in Greenfield, Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Social Services Assistant to join our Southpointe location. The role focuses on assessing residents’ psychosocial, mental and emotional needs and supporting their rights through an interdisciplinary team approach.

The position is part time, with shifts on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and offers an opportunity to grow within a compassionate healthcare environment that values dignity and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with residents and peers.
• Previous long term care experience or Case Management required.
• Preferred experience working with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Complete Social History and Psychosocial assessment of residents.

• Prevent and address resident abuse as mandated by law and professional licensure.
