Hillside Health & Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking a Social Service Worker to support residents and lead the Social Services Department. You will plan and direct operations, oversee the Medicaid process, complete MDS assessments, and support admissions.

Qualifications

• Two years postgraduate experience in long-term care or related programs.

• 2+ years of social work and MDS assessment experience, ideally in a long-term care setting.

• BS in Social Service required
• 2+ years of social work and MDS assessment experience, ideally in a long-term care setting

• Self-motivated, caring approach, with passion for working with elderly and behavioral residents
