Position Overview
The Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking to hire a Social Service Program Planner IV to serve as a Quality Review Team Lead Specialist in the provision of comprehensive technical assistance to agencies evidencing difficulty in meeting standards for providers. Conceptualized, designs and analyzes programs or plans for the services provided. Provides the most complex input in planning, coordinating, conducting and analyzing the reviews of programs. Travels to conduct the most complex random and targeted surveys and visits developmental disabilities service agencies to determine the level of compliance in relation to Medicaid waiver and contractual expectations with applicable developmental disabilities rules, DHS principles, philosophy and best practice criteria. Prepares survey forms, correspondence and reports of complex findings and recommendations.
