Position Overview: The Division of Family and Community Services seeks to hire a position responsible for complex tasks related to Title XX- Donated Funds Initiative, including data analysis, program planning, and federal reporting compliance.
Essential Functions: Design and implement program studies, establish contracts, research regulations, coordinate reporting systems, evaluate services, develop procedural guidelines, and perform other related duties.
Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree and two years of professional experience in community organization, social service, or program planning.
Preferred Qualifications: Three years of experience in grant administration, compliance, federal and state reporting, and related areas.
Conditions of Employment: Ability to travel, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and compliance with ethics and reporting requirements. Work hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm, at 823 E Monroe St, Springfield, IL.
