• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative visual storytelling.
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Solid understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form content best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Develop and manage a consistent content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and brand goals.
• Capture before-and-after transformations, patient testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage in a professional and compliant manner.
• Monitor social media analytics and adjust content strategy to maximize engagement, reach, and follower growth.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to highlight services, promotions, and practice culture.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and fostering an active online community.
• Stay current on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and aesthetic industry content trends.
