24 Seven Talent in Dallas is seeking a creative Social Media, UGC & Influencer Strategist to own creator partnerships and content strategy.

You will manage campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, develop concepts and briefs, and analyze results to boost engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of social media, influencer marketing, or UGC experience.
• Hands-on experience managing creators and influencer partnerships.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video trends.
• Creative mindset with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with both organic and paid social content.
• Bonus: Experience in fintech, payments, Web3, or related industries.
