College of DuPage is seeking a Social Media Specialist (FT) to lead official college social media messaging from concept to delivery. You will plan, craft, and analyze multi-channel campaigns, generating engaging content in multiple voices for each platform and auditing performance to improve reach and enrollment impact.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum two years of proven multimedia strategist or social media experience.
• Excellent writing/editing in English with keyword placement.
• Proficiency across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
• Experience with WordPress and social media management tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience using camera/video equipment for content creation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead official College social media messaging from concept to execution.
• Plan, develop and evaluate social media plans across multiple strategies.
• Develop engaging content in varying voices for each platform.
• Serve as primary social media strategist liaison for institutional initiatives.
• Evaluate quarterly social media performance and share insights.
• Create gifs, memes, videos and stories for campaigns.
• Maintain a social media content calendar and align with brand voice.
• Write engaging content for blogs, emails, scripts and more.
• Audit content and apply SEO keywords across platforms.
• Stay updated on platform changes and audience trends.
• Mentor student worker and collaborate with Marketing team.
