Job Title : Global Social Media Strategist

About the Role

We’re looking for a Global Social Media Strategist to join our Publishing Content Strategy team. In this role, you’ll help shape and execute social media strategies that engage a global audience. You’ll manage content across multiple platforms, support international teams, and ensure that messaging is consistent, localized, and aligned with brand goals.

You’ll collaborate closely with community and publishing teams to support marketing initiatives, product launches, and community engagement efforts. Your work will help build meaningful connections with both current and prospective users through organic and paid strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of global social media strategies and content plans
• Manage a major social media channel, including copywriting, publishing, and community engagement
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure content is localized and culturally relevant
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Contribute to both organic and paid social strategies to grow and engage the community

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or online community management
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept to execution
• Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Talkwalker, Hootsuite)
• Familiarity with global social media platforms including X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and Twitch

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in gaming, entertainment, or digital media industries
• Understanding of online community dynamics and audience engagement best practices
• Based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles, CA
