This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) at $40/hour, remote, with the potential to grow.

We’re looking for a YouTube & Social Media Growth Specialist who knows how to drive real results.

This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) at $40/hour, remote, with the potential to grow.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Leading growth strategy across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X
• Scaling our YouTube channel: improving CTR, retention, watch time, and subscriber growth
• Running and optimizing paid ad campaigns across YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and Google
• Tracking KPIs across platforms, analyzing data, and delivering actionable growth insights
• Working alongside our creative and branding teams to align messaging and campaign execution

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and YouTube channel growth
• Proven success growing YouTube channels and building multi-platform social media audiences
• Demonstrated results running paid ads (YouTube Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, etc.)
• Strong grasp of analytics, audience targeting, SEO/keyword strategies, and content testing
• Portfolio or case study required, showcasing measurable growth and campaign results
• Bonus: experience in creative storytelling, legal content, parody, or episodic formats
