• Representatives of the organization on channels like Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube
• Consultants and enablers of social activations with various business lines
• Creators of impactful content on themes such as Advice, Investments, Insights, Retirement, Corporate Messaging, Community Impact, and Advocacy

Our focus is to drive tangible business results through strategic brand messaging, targeted channel strategies, content development, ambassador optimization, continuous client experience improvement, and operational enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Independently initiate and lead channel marketing programs, initiatives, promotions, or research projects.
• Develop, implement, and monitor channel marketing plans aligned with departmental strategies.
• Define success metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Analyze data sources to inform planning, and develop reports providing actionable insights.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders about program status and issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with sales professionals, business leads, and decision makers.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks associated with marketing activities.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
