Job summary

Karsten & Moore Auto Group LLC in Mesa, AZ is looking for a social media–savvy team member to own our social inbox. You’ll answer DMs, post stories and short videos of Model 3 and Model Y inventory, and turn followers into booked test drives or calls with our sales team.

This full-time role runs 10 am–6 pm, with Saturdays required. Earnings are commission-based ($36,000–$50,000 expected), with real room to grow in a fast-moving, friendly dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts or a strong willingness to learn.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, not required.
• Comfortable shooting photos and video on a phone.
• Full-time schedule 10 am–6 pm; Saturdays are required; flexible day off during the week.

Most of our Tesla buyers find us online first. We need someone to own our social inbox: answer DMs and comments fast, keep our stories fresh, and turn curious followers into booked test drives.

What your day looks like

• Answering DMs, comments, and story replies on our social accounts quickly and in a friendly way

• Posting stories and short videos of our Model 3 and Model Y inventory: new arrivals, walkarounds, delivery days

• Asking interested followers a few quick questions, then booking them for a test drive or a call with our sales team

• Following up with people who went quiet and confirming appointments so they show up

• Logging every lead so nothing slips through
