You will create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, respond to inquiries, generate leads, and assist customers through the purchase process. The role emphasizes building a personal brand and collaborating with leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience creating social content and engaging audiences.
• Comfortable on camera and speaking with customers.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Automotive sales experience is helpful but not required.

Social Media Sales Consultant

Rimrock Subaru - Billings, Montana

Rimrock Subaru is looking for dedicated, energetic, creative, and outgoing Social Media Sales Consultant to join our sales team.

This is not a traditional desk-only social media position. It is a customer-facing automotive sales role designed for someone who enjoys creating content, connecting with people online, and turning social media engagement into dealership traffic and vehicle sales.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Produce vehicle walk-around videos, customer-delivery posts, share promotions, and dealership updates
• Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and online inquiries
• Generate leads and schedule customer appointments through social media
• Assist customers throughout the vehicle-shopping and purchasing process
• Develop a consistent personal brand while representing Rimrock Subaru professionally
• Work with dealership leadership to promote inventory, special offers, and events
• Track social media activity, leads, appointments, and resulting sales
• Stay current with social media trends and identify creative ways to grow our audience
• Participate in sales training, follow-up activities, and dealership events

What We're Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video content
• Ability to take quality photos and videos using a smartphone

• Automotive sales or social media experience is helpful but not required
