What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Directly manage and support a team of US-based community managers
2. Oversee project planning, including scope definition, timeline measurement, and resource allocation
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and manage team backlog
4. Prepare and send weekly capacity updates to project and client teams
5. Lead internal standups and address project blockers proactively

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 7 years of proven project management experience, preferably in a creative agency or in-house team focusing on social media projects
2. Experience managing direct reports
3. Strong business operations understanding of end-to-end project workflows
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and make real-time decisions
5. BA/BS degree
