This is a short-term contract position through September 19, 2025.

Remote: 9am - 5pm EST

Do you have strong project management skills and the ability to meet client deliverables? We're looking for a creative, adaptable Project Manager to support project activities and tooling support for a core client. This role involves coordinating cross-functional meetings, engaging with stakeholders, supporting internal tooling efforts, and maintaining project documentation.

**Responsibilities include:**

1. Providing short-term program/project management coverage during employee leave (12 weeks).
2. Acting as a central point for cross-functional meetings—driving agendas, capturing notes, and following up on action items.
3. Engaging with key stakeholders to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
4. Supporting internal tooling efforts—monitoring updates, collecting feedback, and facilitating team readiness.
5. Using Microsoft 365 tools to enhance communication and documentation.
6. Maintaining project trackers, dashboards, and reports for transparency.
7. Identifying process improvements and potential blockers proactively.

**Qualifications:**

• Experience managing marketing, creative, content production, and technology projects.
• Proven track record in fast-paced environments.
• Strong follow-up, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritize and operate in ambiguity.
• BA/BS degree and 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a creative or tech-focused agency.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 suite.
