Job description

We are seeking a strong social media producer to work as a dedicated contractor for one of our well-known fintech clients. In this role, you will partner closely with our social strategy, creative, and production leads to manage intake, assess requests against the content calendar, plan workback schedules, and ensure smooth stakeholder collaboration around social media marketing efforts. You will also collaborate with the team’s creative director of social to distribute tasks, monitor resourcing, and keep projects on track.

If you are the right fit, you are extremely detail-oriented and organized. You can manage dozens of pieces in motion at once, each at different stages (planning, production, leadership review, legal and compliance, or ready to publish), and ensure team efforts run smoothly and on time.

This is a full-time contract engagement that can be done remotely. We'll only be able to respond to applicants who meet the basic qualifications for this role. Required:

• 4+ years of experience in social media production in a larger tech environment
• Familiarity with project management tools like Wrike or similar products
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strongly Preferred:

• Experience in financial or similarly regulated industries (i.e. healthcare)
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS editing skills
• Basic proficiency with Photoshop to lightly edit image assets
