eBay is seeking a skilled and creative Videographer to join our Brand Creative Team within Global Marketing. The ideal candidate is an innovative visual storyteller with strong shooting and editing abilities, and a passion for bringing stories to life across various platforms. A good understanding of narrative techniques and technical expertise in video production are key. This role requires excellent communication, a collaborative spirit, and a deep knowledge of video content creation.

What You’ll Do:

Create Compelling Video Content : Produce original video content for eBay’s social channels, event screens, website, internal communications, and email campaigns.

Conceptualize and Produce : Develop concepts, storyboard, shoot, and edit video content that aligns with eBay’s brand and marketing initiatives.

Ensure Consistency : Help establish and maintain the look and feel of eBay’s video and photo content across all channels.

Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with graphic designers, motion designers, art directors, copywriters, and creative leadership to bring ideas to life.

On-Location Production : Shoot video and still photos both in-studio and on location.

Manage Equipment : Set up and operate production equipment, including audio and lighting gear for field, virtual, and studio shoots as needed.

Edit for Multiple Formats : Edit video segments for various digital formats, ensuring consistency and quality across platforms.

Source Music : Select appropriate music for video projects as required.

Must-Haves:

Education : BA/BFA in Film, TV Production, or a related field.

Experience : 5+ years of professional video production experience in fast-paced environments like agencies, media, or design studios.

Deadline Management : Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust to shifting priorities.

Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Technical Proficiency : Experience with DSLR cameras (preferred) and familiarity with camera systems like RED, Canon, and Sony. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.

Editing Skills : Experience with lighting, color correction, editing, and digital special effects.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
