Job summary

Victaulic in Easton, PA is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the Social team. You will support the execution of Victaulic's organic social presence by managing day-to-day scheduling, publishing, and content production workflow across platforms, collaborating with designers, videographers, SMEs, and the Digital Marketing Lead to keep the calendar on track.

• 2–5 years of experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, or project management.
• Working familiarity with social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
• Experience coordinating with creative partners (designers, video) on content production.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the social media content calendar, tracking deadlines, approvals, and publishing dates across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X).
• Coordinate content requests and timelines with designers, videographers, and subject matter experts to keep production on schedule.
• Track content status end to end—from request through review, approval, and publishing—and flag delays or bottlenecks.
• Schedule and publish approved content across platforms using social management tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
• Coordinate with the broader marketing team to align social publishing with campaigns and product launches.
