Job summary

Victaulic Company is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator – Social to support the execution of our organic social media presence. You will manage daily scheduling, publishing, and content production workflows across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X, collaborating with designers, videographers, SMEs, and the Digital Marketing Lead – Campaign Strategy to keep the calendar on track.

You will pull performance data from analytics tools, compile summaries for leadership, and advise on

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, or project management.
Familiarity with social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, GA).
Experience coordinating with design and video partners on content production.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the social media content calendar across platforms.
Coordinate asset production with designers, videographers, and SMEs to keep deadlines.
Monitor comments and brand mentions; route issues to the right teams.
Pull performance data and prepare reporting summaries for leadership.
Align publishing with campaigns and product launches; document processes.
