You will partner with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Paid Media, Analytics, and agencies to optimize workflows, governance, and measurement readiness while scaling execution across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience in social media, marketing, communications, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience supporting social channels, editorial calendars, and community management.
• Familiarity with Sprinklr and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of Prudential’s owned social channels.
• Maintain publishing calendars and ensure timely content deployment.
• Coordinate workflows with marketing, legal, compliance, analytics, and agencies.
• Review content for compliance and brand standards before publish.
• Document processes and improve operating efficiency across teams.
• Assist with tagging, analytics readiness, and governance initiatives.
