Sterling Automotive Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Coordinator to manage digital content, design eye-catching graphics, and help grow our brand across multiple platforms. This on-site role supports dealerships across Lafayette, Maurice, Broussard, Opelousas, and Jennings, LA.

The candidate will blend social media strategy, visual design, and video editing to engage audiences, promote dealership events, and support ongoing marketing efforts.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design is not required but strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
• Must be comfortable with using AI software.
• Strong skills in social media strategy, visual design, and online content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, deadline-driven, and able to multitask.
• Familiarity with email marketing and website design is a bonus.

This role combines social media strategy, visual design, and video editing to engage our audience, promote our dealerships, and support ongoing marketing initiatives. This position requires on-site work at our various company locations in Lafayette, Maurice, Broussard, Opelousas, and Jennings, LA.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and post engaging content on all dealership social media pages


• Design creative graphics for digital campaigns, websites, promotions, and monthly specials


• Develop and execute creative social media strategies to increase engagement and visibility


• Assist in the planning and promotion of dealership events


• Ensure all content is LMVC compliant and aligned with brand guidelines

Full-time, Monday-Friday with the occasional Saturday, as needed
