ACE Scholarships is seeking a seasoned Social Media Manager to own the day-to-day strategy, content and community management for all organizational social channels and to elevate our CEO as a national thought leader on educational freedom and school choice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive social media management experience in nonprofit, education, advocacy or political/issue-based organizations.
• Strong journalistic or professional writing background with a portfolio of compelling, story-driven content.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple platforms (X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Excellent alignment with ACE's mission, values, and founding principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive weekly/monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns, events and education news.
• Create high-quality, original content (posts, captions, threads, scripts) that drives engagement, donations and advocacy.
• Grow ACE's main accounts across X (@ACEscholarships), Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Build and manage the CEO's professional social presence to establish him as a leading voice on school choice and policy.
• Monitor communities daily; provide timely responses and live-event coverage.
