Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on social media management experience across multiple platforms.
• Demonstrated crisis communications or reputation management on social.
• Ability to tailor content to different platform audiences and best practices.
• Strong portfolio showing growth in followers, engagement, and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social strategy for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Discord, Reddit and X with platform-specific tactics.
• Lead content planning, creation, and publishing of engaging short-form video, carousels, threads, and live sessions.
