Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Social Media Manager to drive our digital presence and engage the community. You will blend creativity with data-driven insights to identify and execute winning content strategies across channels.

You will lead strategy execution, define goals and OKRs, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure a unified brand voice. Hands-on with posting tools and content optimization, you will drive growth in a hybrid US-based role.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Specialist or similar role.
• AI-native with a deep understanding of the current AI tooling landscape.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects.
• Hands-on experience using social media management/posting tools.
• Has knowledge and experience of executing: content management, campaign management, video production, photoshoots, and social media management.
• Able to create, edit ; repurpose content. Knowledge of design tools is a plus.
• Has an interest for the financial services industry, including staying up to date on news, trends and all key happenings in the industry.
• Be an excellent team player, well organised and keep cool when working to tight deadlines.
