Hey Nouri is a venture-backed virtual clinic redesigning how we treat pediatric obesity. Our pediatricians, registered dietitians, and coaches work with kids aged 9–18 and their families, supported by an AI-enhanced care model and a gamified app that makes care feel engaging and empowering. We're covered by insurance, growing fast, and want our brand to feel like the families and clinicians behind it.

The role

You’ll make Hey Nouri's social content and own the channels it lives on. This is a hands‑on creator role, not strategy‑only: you’ll come up with ideas, film, and publish, turning our clinicians and families into the voice of the brand. You’ll work closely with our growth marketer, Head of Community, and Video editor/storyteller. As we grow, this role can expand to lead a social and content team.

What you'll do

• Create videos with our clinicians, family testimonials, and on your own (script, film, and occasionally edit).
• Test and refine content on our socials & built out our pillars
• Own the weekly calendar and create content across: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn.
• Come up with ideas with our clinicians for posts & videos you then create
• Manage comments, DMs, and moderation, escalating clinical and sensitive questions.
• Run testimonials, UGC creators, influencer activations, and giveaways, with consent and clinical sign‑off.
• Help clinicians grow their own followings under the Hey Nouri banner.
• Track performance, report weekly to leadership, and partner with our growth marketer to turn top organic content into paid.

What you bring

• 3–5 years making social content for a consumer brand, health/wellness company, or your own channel (agency experience counts).
• A portfolio of short‑form video you shot and edited yourself, with growth results you can point to.
• Strong instincts for TikTok and Reels: hooks, pacing, and trends.
• Clear, warm writing, and comfort with sensitive topics like weight, kids' health, and stigma.
• Organized enough to manage many contributors at once, and busy clinicians in particular.
• Fast in CapCut, Premiere, or similar, and comfortable with Canva and native analytics.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or another regulated category.
• Experience running creator, ambassador, or UGC programs.
