Hey Nouri is seeking a strategic operator to help shape and execute the company’s growth and care delivery initiatives. You will work closely with the Co-Founder to move between strategy and execution, building data-driven analyses and owning meaningful parts of the business.

We value strong analytical skills, ownership, and the ability to turn complex data into clear decisions. NYC relocation is encouraged for this role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or similarly rigorous strategy or operating environment.
• Exceptional analytical skills: you can build a model from a blank sheet and turn messy data into a clear answer.
• Structured thinker with crisp written and verbal communication.
• High ownership and bias to action.
• Curious about technology and product, and excited to use both to rethink how healthcare is delivered.

Hey Nouri is a venture-backed digital health company building a new model of care for kids and teens with obesity. We combine medical care, dietitian-led behavioral treatment, and technology into one integrated experience for families, covered by insurance across 20+ states.

We're growing fast and tackling one of the largest unmet needs in pediatric healthcare.

The role

Join a founding team of operators and physicians from BCG, McKinsey, and Harvard Business School. You'll work directly with our Co-Founder across some of the company's highest-priority problems. This is a role for someone who wants to build and own. You'll move between strategy and execution - using data to figure out what we should do, then owning the work to make it happen.

You will:

Compensation:

$100-125K plus equity and benefits
