Job summary

Hey Nouri is building a fully virtual pediatric obesity clinic that combines medical care with coaching and AI-powered tools. We are seeking an RD Coach to shape how care is delivered in a digital-first environment, working closely with families, clinicians, and product teams.

The role focuses on delivering evidence-based nutrition coaching to children and adolescents, along with parent coaching sessions and ongoing program improvements, all from a remote, U.S.-based setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed RD in the U.S.
• Experience with pediatric obesity care preferred
• Strong communication with families
• Comfort with remote/telehealth delivery

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nutrition coaching to children and adolescents (ages 10-18)
• Deliver separate parent coaching sessions

We are the first fully virtual pediatric obesity clinic, combining: medical care, weekly coaching, and AI-powered tools that help personalize and scale care. Built by a team of experts in pediatrics, and strong advisory board across leading institutions.

Role Overview

As an RD Coach at Hey Nouri, you’ll play a core role in shaping how pediatric obesitycare is delivered in a modern, digital-first environment—working closely with families,clinicians, and the product team.

We are looking for RDs who are passionate about learning and delivering high quality care& support to children and their families. We prioritize curiosity, empathy, and a growthmindset.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, evidence-based nutrition coaching to children and adolescents
• (ages 10-18)
• Deliver separate parent coaching sessions
• Provide ongoing feedback to improve program materials, workflows, and care delivery
• Logistics & CompensationType: W2
• Location: 100% Remote / Virtual (U.S.-based)
• Schedule: Flexible days & hours (hours can range between 3pm -1am ET given wide geo presence of patients - you can pick your own hours within this). Weekends are optional
• Minimum hours: 20 hrs/week (up to full time)
• Patient flow: Hey Nouri sources patients
