The role owns the social media presence end-to-end across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — turning a fast-moving tech brand into a channel people actually follow. The focus spans both organic growth and paid amplification for B2B demand-gen and B2C brand programs.
You will sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and communications, translating launches, thought leadership, and customer stories into social content that drives measurable engagement, follower growth, and pipeline contribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute the social media calendar across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, aligned to product launches and campaign moments
- Own organic channel growth: develop platform-specific content strategies, run experiments, and report on engagement, reach, and follower metrics monthly
- Manage paid social campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and X, optimizing budgets and creative against CPL and pipeline targets
- Write, edit, and coordinate short-form content — posts, threads, carousels, and short video — with designers and content marketers
- Operate the social stack: Sprout Social or Hootsuite for scheduling and listening, GA4 and native analytics for attribution, Dash Hudson or similar for creative testing
- Monitor social listening and trends daily; flag risks, surface community insights to product and comms teams, and engage with followers and influencers
- Partner with demand-gen and PR to ensure launch moments land coherently across paid, organic, and executive social channels
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years running social media for a B2B or B2C tech brand, with demonstrable follower growth and engagement benchmarks
- Hands-on expertise with paid social buying and optimization on LinkedIn Ads and Meta, including audience building and creative iteration
- Strong short-form writing skills — able to draft platform-native copy quickly without heavy editing
- Proficiency with scheduling, social listening, and analytics tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, GA4) and comfort reporting on attribution to pipeline
- Experience producing or directing short video content for social; basic editing skills in CapCut, Premiere, or similar
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: experience with executive/employee advocacy programs, community management at scale, or AI-assisted content workflows; experience in a high-growth startup environment
