The role requires 3–6 years of social media experience in tech, strong writing, and hands-on analytics with Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or GA4. A bachelor’s in marketing or communications is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of social media management experience in tech (B2B or B2C).
• Proven growth of channels organically and ROI-driven paid social.
• Experience with Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, GA4.
• Video content experience (Reels, TikTok, Shorts); basic editing a plus.
• Strong writing and editing for each platform.

Responsibilities

• Own social media calendar across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Plan multi-platform content supporting product launches, campaigns, and thought-leadership.
• Manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and X with CAC/CTR targets.
• Define and report KPIs using Sprout Social, Hootsuite, GA4.
• Monitor trends and adjust strategy based on data.
• Collaborate with design and product marketing to produce short-form video and carousels.
• Mentor community engagement and respond to comments.
