You will work closely with designers, video editors, and performance marketers to ensure consistent content delivery, growth optimization, and accurate reporting. This role demands accountability, discipline, and analytical thinking.

Requirements

1. 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in social media management (agency experience preferred)

   • Brief graphic designers and video editors with structured content outlines.
   • Maintain quality control before publishing.
3. Community Management
   • Manage comments, messages, and engagement across platforms.
   • Maintain professional brand voice.
   • Monitor audience sentiment and escalation issues when required.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
   • Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and lead performance.
   • Submit structured weekly performance updates.
   • Prepare detailed monthly reports with actionable insights.
   • Use Zoho Social analytics dashboard for performance optimization.
5. Campaign Support & Growth Support
   • Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (where applicable).
   • Align organic and paid efforts for better performance.
   • Suggest improvement strategies based on data insights.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn growth mechanics
• Familiarity with Zoho Social or similar social media management platforms
