4KMEDIA is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead client social strategies across platforms, coordinating with designers and performance marketers. You will plan, write, publish, and report on content with a focus on growth and measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes ownership, structured planning, and disciplined execution. Strong English writing, 1–3 years experience, and familiarity with Zoho Social are key.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on social media management experience, agency experience preferred.
• Proven experience managing brand accounts on Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred but not mandatory with portfolio.
• Strong written and spoken English with ability to adapt tone across brands.
• Experience using Zoho Social or similar tools for publishing, monitoring, analytics, reporting.
• Clear understanding of performance metrics and structured reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop social media strategy and planning with monthly content calendars.
• Create content and coordinate with designers and editors, ensuring brand messaging.
• Manage community interactions and maintain professional voice across platforms.
• Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and lead performance with weekly/monthly updates.
