Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in communications, marketing, or social media management for a mission-driven organization.
• Journalistic background is preferred, with experience in newsgathering and media relations.
• Understanding of policy issues impacting families and faith communities in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Identify stories and draft content for blogs, social posts, and emails.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to streamline content production.
• Direct and produce Reels and YouTube Shorts simplifying complex policy issues.
• Lead the lifecycle of social media campaigns aligned with CCV’s work.
